SUITES
In total we offer up to 10 individual suites over the two properties in Perlemoen Close. As each suite has different features, guests are welcome to contact us for advice about suitability.
Suites at #13 include:
- Upstairs – Driftwood, Fynbos
- Ground Floor – Atlantic, Breeze, Flight & Skye
Suites at #20 include:
- Upstairs – Romance, Flaminco
- Ground Floor – Harmony & (kai)Zen
There is a large, sunny, glass-enclosed stoep at #13 available to guests during the day for relaxation or work. The Braaikamer* is located at #20, overlooking the bay.
For guests’ comfort and convenience, we provide complimentary tea/coffee-making facilities, a welcome pack, bathroom amenities, quality percale bed linen and bath towels in all suites. There are heated towel rails in each bathroom and beach towels are available on request. Free WiFi is available. Solar backup and TVs are only available for suites at #13.
Booking direct offers the best rates. Please request a quote as rates also vary according to promotions, season and length of stay. For corporate bookings, these prices include VAT which may be claimed back from SARS.
For solo travellers the following suites are recommended:

- (kai)Zen (exceptional sea view, tea/coffee facilities only)
- Fynbos (exceptional skyscapes, DSTV & kitchenette)
- Harmony (no view, workspace & kitchenette)

DRIFTWOOD FAMILY SUITE
Located on the 1st floor, the unit contains a queen-size bed and 2 single beds in a separate annex and the en-suite has a walk-in shower and freestanding bath. The unit has a kitchenette, dining area and lounge areas with DStv, opening to a private patio.

- The master section can be booked as a honeymoon suite with full bathroom.
- Two friends wishing to be in one unit can book Driftwood as single accommodation in both master and annex.
- Driftwood can accommodate an additional young child or small adult by direct arrangement with your hosts.

FYNBOS HONEYMOON SUITE
The 1st-floor suite contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite walk-in shower. The unit has a kitchenette, dining and lounge areas with DStv, opening to a private patio with views of thatched houses and sea views in between.

ATLANTIC DELUX TRIPLE UNIT
This ground floor unit has a queen-size bed, a single day bed and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Tea/coffee making facilities are provided. The unit opens onto a deck from which the beach is a two minute stroll. Wi-Fi access is available.

FLIGHT DELUX TRIPLE UNIT
This ground floor unit has a queen-size bed, a single day bed and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The unit has a kitchenette, smart TV, and opens onto two private courtyards. The beach is a two minute stroll. Wi-Fi access is available.

HARMONY DELUX TRIPLE SUITE
Located on the ground floor, this unit has a queen size bed and daybed. There is a loo and walk-in shower en-suite. The unit has a small kitchenette and writing desk. The unit opens onto the walkway to the beach – which is literally a few metres away. There is no sea view from the suite. Harmony is perfect for solo travellers.

Located on the ground floor opening into a private courtyard, this unit has a queen size bed. There is a large and walk-in shower en-suite. The unit has tea/coffee making facilities, a writing desk and armchairs.

Located on the ground floor opening directly onto the beach, this unit has a queen size bed. There is a large walk-in shower en-suite. The unit has tea/coffee making facilities and armchairs. The unit opens directly onto the beach – literally a few metres away.
